About the Role:

As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary role will be to deliver top-notch support to both internal and external customers. This position requires a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication:Engage with internal and external customers via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and order-related requests.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships by ensuring a positive and supportive experience for each customer.
• Order Management:
• Place Orders: Accurately process new customer orders.
• Revise Orders: Make necessary adjustments to existing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle Returns: Process customer returns efficiently and professionally.
• Product Reservations: Manage future product reservations and keep customers updated on any changes.
• Order Updates: Provide regular updates to customers about their orders, including shipping status, delays, and any order modifications.
• Product Information:Offer accurate and up-to-date product pricing, availability, and other relevant information.

Help customers with product inquiries and offer detailed information to guide their purchasing choices.
