Job Overview

As a Picker Order Selector, your main responsibility will be accurately selecting products by matching numbers and descriptions through a voice audio headset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy Lifting: Consistently hand-stack product cases weighing up to 50 pounds from the floor to overhead throughout your shift.
• Product Stacking: Properly arrange beverage products in a designated stacking pattern on pallets.
• Order Packaging: Shrink-wrap customer orders with labels and transport completed orders to the loading dock staging area using electronic pallet jacks or walkie-rider equipment.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Report any product discrepancies or quality concerns, such as damaged products, incorrect store numbers, or equipment malfunctions.

Working Hours:

• Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills & Requirements:

• Teamwork: Must be a team player who is punctual and reliable for every shift.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in warehouse or similar roles.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies, including safe equipment usage and maintaining a clean work environment.

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as needed.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks and handle heavy lifting for the duration of the shift.
• A strong focus on workplace safety and maintaining high-quality standards.
