Chiropractor Duties Include:

• Following the lead of a Physical Therapist and contributing to the Therapy team
• Monitoring and recording the functional capacity of elderly individuals is critical to ensure their health and well-being
• To accurately assess a resident's progress, it is essential to be observant and attentive. It is necessary to be attuned to subtle changes in behavior, communication patterns, and social interaction. These findings will help establish unique care plans designed to meet each resident's specific needs
• Facilitating residents in conducting specific physical activities
• Residents will receive an array of treatment modalities, including balance and gait training to help them recover
• Aiding tenants in using vital equipment and tools
• Instructing residents on the proper techniques for exercising to improve muscle strength and enhance overall function
• Upholding the credibility of the housing agency by safeguarding resident privacy
• It is crucial for businesses to meet legal and professional regulations to avoid liability and ensure business continuity
• Making a meaningful contribution to the collective efforts of the team

Chiropractor Requirements Include:

• A person who has fulfilled the requirements of an accredited Chiropractor Program
• The current New Jersey State Chiropractor license is still in effect
• Preferred candidate has experience in caring for individuals in extended-stay settings
