Vector Marketing is currently in the process of conducting immediate interviews for part-time sales positions, where individuals are responsible for selling Cutco products through individual presentations. The company offers a set base pay structure that is not influenced by sales, aiming to allow representatives to focus on providing excellent customer service without the stress of meeting sales targets. Vector Marketing believes in the inherent quality of its products as the primary selling point.

We specialize in Cutco merchandise tailored for domestic use, particularly for the kitchen and selected gardening equipment. Previous experience in home goods is not essential, as we offer comprehensive training to empower your success.

Position Details:

• A fixed payment of $26.50 per presentation is provided to representatives without linkage to sales metrics. Advancements and incentives are awarded based on performance evaluations rather than length of service. Representatives can rely on a stable income, even during less successful weeks.
• Flexible Work Representatives have the freedom to tailor their work hours to best suit their needs and preferences. This could involve adjusting their schedules to work around their schooling, coordinating with internships or other jobs, or balancing work with family commitments. Seasonal work is also an option for those looking for temporary employment.

• The experience gained within our organization, regardless of its duration, fosters the development of vital sales, networking, and communication competencies necessary in diverse fields.
