About the Role

Being a Warehouse Picker Order Selector entails the precise selection of products by correlating numbers and items with the support of a voice audio headset. You'll need to stack cases of merchandise by hand, which can weigh up to 50 pounds, repeatedly moving them from the ground to higher levels. Your responsibilities will involve arranging beverage goods in a predetermined stacking arrangement on the pallet, manually wrapping orders with shrink wrap and labels, and transferring finished orders to the loading dock area through the use of electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment. Other potential tasks might include performing general warehouse upkeep and completing any additional assignments as required.

Shift and Schedule

• Monday through Friday is the standard workweek for those employed full-time
• Service will be provided starting at 4:30 PM until the work is done
• The job entails the requirement to be flexible with working overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities of Order Selector Associate:

• Hand stacking and palletizing orders require individuals to manually stack and align items on pallets to ensure secure and orderly transportation of goods
• Engaging with EPJs and pallet jacks alongside voice audio headset systems
• Sorting through choices and selecting
• Employing shrink wrap to package fulfilled orders
• Executing physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and conducting manual operations as required

Requirements

• Capability to stand and perform physical tasks like pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting throughout the entire shift
• Demonstrating the ability to raise loads of up to 50 lbs. overhead from the floor
• Adeptness in working with a voice-operated order selector picking system
• Capability to manually apply shrink wrap to fulfilled purchases
• Versatile in handling tasks in environments with varying temperatures, be it hot or cool
