Nurse (LPN) Description:

Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to unit leadership, responding promptly to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice.
• Utilize nursing skills, judgment, and compassion to prioritize resident care to ensure safety and quality.
• Administer treatments and medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the care team to update nursing care plans.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments administered, and residents' responses.
• Prepare, organize, oversee, monitor, and evaluate delivery of care of resident CNA assignments and activities.

Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved nursing school.
• Current LPN license in New York.
• Dedication to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, and compassionate care.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and willingness to work harmoniously with all staff.
