Shift and Schedule

• The work schedule for full-time employment spans from Monday through Friday
• Operating hours extend from 4:30 PM until the completion of the task
• The position necessitates being able to work beyond regular hours and on weekends.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Picker Order Selector, you will be responsible for accurately picking products by matching numbers and items using a voice audio headset. You will hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly, moving them from the floor to overhead. The job includes placing beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet, hand shrink wrapping orders with labels, and moving completed orders to the loading dock area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment. Additional duties may include general housekeeping in the warehouse and other tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• The activity of hand stacking and palletizing orders requires individuals to methodically stack and organize goods on pallets using manual labor
• Utilization of EPJs, pallet jacks, and integration of voice audio headset technology
• Choosing and placing an order
• Sealing finished items with shrink wrap
• Executing physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and conducting manual operations as required

Requirements

• Ability to stay standing, exert physical effort, move objects, flex the body, turn, kneel, and lift heavy items for the entire work period
• Proficient in lifting loads of up to 50 lbs. from the floor and lifting them above the head
• Being able to use a voice-activated order selector picking system
• Competence in the manual shrink wrapping of completed deliveries
• Proficient in performing duties in settings that can be either warm or cold
