Job Description:

Vector Marketing is actively hiring for part-time sales positions, with a focus on promoting Cutco products through personalized sales pitches. Employees receive a fixed compensation that is not tied to sales performance, ensuring that they are not under pressure to make sales and can concentrate on delivering outstanding customer service. Vector Marketing operates on the belief that the quality of the product itself is persuasive enough to drive sales.

Our inventory consists of Cutco products aimed at home utility, with a particular emphasis on kitchen tools and specific gardening implements. Prior familiarity with home goods is not required, as we provide comprehensive training to facilitate your achievements.

Position Details:

• Representatives are remunerated with $26.50 for each presentation completed, regardless of sales performance. Commissions and career advancements are determined by performance metrics rather than tenure. A steady income is assured to reps, even during periods of reduced productivity.
• Flexible Work Employees have the flexibility to establish their own schedules in accordance with their personal preferences and requirements. This may include adapting their hours to accommodate their academic commitments, synchronizing with internships or additional employment, or managing work alongside family obligations. Opportunities for temporary summer work are also available for those seeking short-term roles.
• Our extensive experience in the industry enables us to offer top-notch training programs aimed at fostering success.
• The skills acquired, such as sales acumen, networking proficiency, and effective communication, are deemed essential in a wide range of professions, regardless of the duration of employment.
• Sales representatives are able to choose between working remotely and in their vicinity once they have completed the training phase, with in-person gatherings and educational sessions conducted at the office.
