Job Overview:

As a Picker Order Selector, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products by matching numbers and product descriptions using a voice audio headset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy Lifting: Repeatedly hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds from the floor to overhead throughout your shift.
• Product Stacking: Arrange beverage products in a defined stacking pattern on pallets.
• Order Packaging: Hand shrink-wrap customer orders with labels and move completed orders to the loading dock staging area using electronic pallet jacks or walkie-rider equipment.
• Report Discrepancies: Report any product discrepancies or quality issues to supervision, including damaged products, incorrect store numbers, and equipment malfunctions.

Working Hours:

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills & Requirements:

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and consistently show up for shifts.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-1 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Safety Awareness: Must adhere to all safety procedures and company policies, including safe equipment operation and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control.
