Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent support and service to customers.

Your duties will include:

• Communication with Customers:Respond to internal and external customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses to all customer questions and order requests.Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience with the company.
• Order Management:Manage all aspects of the order process, including:
• Placing New Orders: Ensure all customer orders are entered accurately and promptly.
• Revising Existing Orders: Modify orders when needed, such as updating product choices or delivery preferences.
• Processing Returns: Handle returns efficiently while providing excellent service to resolve any issues.
• Managing Product Reservations: Track future product reservations and update customers as necessary.
• Providing Updates: Keep customers informed about their orders, including delays, shipment tracking, and any changes to their orders.
• Product Information:Provide accurate product information, including pricing, availability, and specifications.

Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding product purchases and available options.
