Role Overview:

To ensure maximum efficiency and organization, the PRC (Loc. 798) relies on an Inventory Manager (ICC) to manage inbound receiving, outbound transfers, and inventory adjustments. Additionally, the ICC is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the SFC inventory of raw materials and sample cuts.

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that inventory is properly located and labeled, which is critical to effective stock management, order fulfillment, and accurate record-keeping:

• Ensure regular cycle counts are conducted as planned and maintain meticulous cycle count paperwork in accordance with standard procedures.
• Scrutinize all the inventory discrepancies and make suitable modifications in the inventory management system.
• Keep the Inventory Control Supervisor informed of any discrepancies found during the scheduled CCYL.
• Conduct regular audits: Regularly conduct store audits to assess security measures and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that the daily audit of the NIR is consistent with the procedures stated in the Inventory Control SOP.
• Reconciliation of the Allocated Sales Report (ASR) on a daily basis.
• Check the SILVON generated reports provided by the Inventory Control Supervisor on a weekly basis for inventory codes such as EX, AD, WO, VA, US & DM to verify proper inventory disposition as directed by the system. Address any inconsistencies and report to the Inventory Control Supervisor for resolution. Properly store the reports on a monthly basis in the cycle count drawer.
• On a weekly basis, perform a thorough evaluation of SILVON reports with less than 50 entries or Top 150 OH (SILVON) to handle any exceptions.
• Carefully inspect all incoming and outgoing trucks and validate the accuracy of all shipping and receiving reports.
• If you come across any irregularities in the merchandise tags or the SKUs, make sure to report them to the Inventory Control Supervisor right away.
• Make use of the system to acknowledge receipt of incoming POs and transfers and update inventory levels.
• Work with the Inventory Control Supervisor to successfully complete the physical inventory procedure.

A person desiring to take up the role of Inventory Coordinator must meet certain requirements before applying for the position:

• The preferred candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience performing inventory tasks within a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with the implementation of RF scanning and data capture devices in warehouse management systems is a highly sought after skill.
• Having previous business analysis experience is considered beneficial.
• The ability to pay close attention to detail and strong organizational skills are key.
• Ability to execute various responsibilities concurrently, deliver work within specified timelines, and operate optimally in a fast-paced work setting.
• The chosen candidate must possess exceptional customer service expertise and a willingness to perform well under stress.

Physical/Sensory Requirements:

• The aptitude to exert a force of 10-50 pounds is crucial for tasks that involve the movement of objects.
• The skill to utilize force amounting to 10 pounds consistently to lift, carry, push, pull, or shift things.
• The employee's responsibilities often entail using their hands and fingers to handle or manipulate objects.
• The employee may be required to assume a standing position, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and also stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl while executing work duties.

Work Surroundings: This job requires the employee to be stationed in a warehouse, which may include encountering vehicles that are in motion. The noise in this location can be moderately loud or noisy.
