Major Functions of Warehouse Operator:

• Operate powered equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, to load, unload, move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products.
• Safely and efficiently handle products according to procedures and safety guidelines.
• Verify product quantity, quality, labeling, and addresses against customer orders to ensure accurate outgoing shipments.
• Replace equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor the power supply as necessary.
• Identify and report discrepancies such as missing or damaged products (OS&D).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance.
• Support physical inventory processes as required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.

What We Seek:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably 6-12 months.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to teamwork and safety.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification or proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
