Job Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. As a Behavioral Health RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and promoting a positive environment for all.

Behavioral Health RN Responsibilities:

• Execute all responsibilities within the scope of practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Conduct clinical audits as directed and take appropriate corrective actions as necessary.
• Identify areas for clinical improvement and develop comprehensive plans to address deficiencies.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality improvement initiatives and participate in related activities.
• Communicate audit findings to the facility Director of Nursing, Facility Administrator, Clinical Restoration Team Leader, or designated authority.

Behavioral Health RN Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an RN in a skilled nursing environment.
• Previous nursing management experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Point Click Care Electronic Medical Records system.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated accountability and commitment to delivering superior patient care.
